Q: Do your products contain latex?
A: Most of our products are Latex-Free. However, some of our products do contain natural rubber latex; most are noted in the ‘specifications’ portion of their product page or in the downloadable instruction manuals. A: Briggs Healthcare currently has four distribution centers we ship from located in Waukegan, IL., Jesup, GA., Sparks, NV. and Irving, TX.

Q: Can I purchase a product directly from Briggs Healthcare?
A: At this time, Briggs Healthcare sells only to authorized medical equipment dealers and retailers. A limited number of replacement parts and accessories are available to the general public for purchase through this site.

MABIS DMI products are available nationwide from many national and regional retail chains, medical equipment suppliers and home healthcare equipment providers. To find a dealer in your area, please contact Customer Care at 800-526-4753.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Because shipping times vary depending upon your location, please contact Customer Care at 800-526-4753 or click on Contact Us. Most products leave our warehouse within 48 hours of order receipt. You will receive an email when your order is complete.

A: Depending upon the product, the MABIS Healthcare or Duro-Med Industries model number should be either on the side, back panel, or near the UPC code on the box.

Follow these guidelines to locate your model number:

  • Digital Blood Pressure - Printed on ratings label placed on back of product
  • First Aid - Printed on product label on front of product
