packaging. Reusable Hot and Cold Gel Compresses are microwaveable, non-toxic and have no added
dyes. All instant ice and heat packs are now sealed around the perimeter of the product, providing a
tighter seal preventing accidental ruptures and breakage. The inner pouches are easier to locate, making
activation easy. The Reusable Hot and Cold Gel Compresses are microwaveable, non-toxic and have no
added dyes.

After activation the Instant Ice reaches about 33°F / 0.5°C and stays cold for approximately 20 minutes.
The Instant Heat reaches roughly 200°F / 93.3°C and therapeutic time lasts for an estimated 15 minutes.
