Briggs Medical Service Company acquired DMS Holdings in 2004, which included MABIS DMI Healthcare, GAM Industries, Stein’s Professional Foot Care and Protekto. The company decided to leverage the Briggs 65-year-old trusted name and history of product innovation, outstanding customer loyalty and superior operational excellence in the healthcare industry. Accordingly, the company has introduced a new corporate logo and visual identity that reflects the significant transformation of the businesses.
