Warranty Information

Our extensive warranties are a testament to the confidence we have in all of our products.

Limited Warranty:

All specific product warranties are stated within their respective packaging. All regular cataloged Briggs Healthcare products, which prove to be defective in material or workmanship within the warranty period, will be replaced when returned prepaid to: Returns Department, Briggs Healthcare, 1931 Norman Drive, Waukegan, IL 60085.

Neoprene Inflation System Warranty:

All MABIS Neoprene Inflation Systems (bulbs, bladders and tubing) carry a five-year warranty. If any component part fails as the result of cracking, breaking or drying out, Briggs Healthcare will repair or replace (at their option) the component part at no charge. All Neoprene warranty claims should be sent prepaid to: Returns Department, Briggs Healthcare, 1931 Norman Drive, Waukegan, IL 60085.

Signature SeriesTM Blood Pressure Unit Warranty:

All Signature Series Aneroid Blood Pressure Units carry a LIFETIME calibration warranty. Briggs Healthcare also guarantees all component parts for a period of three years. If any component part fails during this time, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge. All Signature Aneroid returns should be sent prepaid to: Returns Department, Briggs Healthcare, 1931 Norman Drive, Waukegan, IL 60085.

Blood Pressure Instruments:

Duration of warranty extended to aneroid manometers is commensurate to the warranty statement included with the product. This warranty pertains to original instrument accuracy on the manometer only and does not include the cost of any broken parts replaced nor any part of the inflation system (inflation bulb, valve, bladder, cuff) or carrying case, unless specifically included in the warranty. The warranty is extended to the original owner only. The liability of Briggs Healthcare, under this warranty will be limited to adjusting the manometer without charge when returned, freight prepaid to: Returns Department, Briggs Healthcare, 1931 Norman Drive, Waukegan, IL 60085. Such instruments will be subject to the return shipping charges as stated in the individual product specific warranty for handling and return postage, in addition to parts charges, if any, and repair charges not covered by the warranty of the individual product.
